What happens to what you send me.

What you give us. Your name and contact details; information about you, your company and your deals, including the figures you enter in our calculators; anything you send us through forms, email, phone, text or social media; and, if a deal moves forward, the documents underwriting and closing need, such as identification, bank statements, entity documents, insurance details and your authorisation for a credit check. We also keep a record of the marketing and text messaging consents you give and the wording you agreed to. Requesting a calculator PDF includes agreeing to our marketing emails, which you can stop at any time.

What is collected automatically. Basic device and browser information, pages viewed, and how you first arrived at the site. A few small items are kept in your browser to remember your preferences, hold calculator scenarios you save, and keep you signed in to the portal. We do not use advertising pixels or tracking for targeted ads.

What we receive from others. Social media platforms, such as your username and whether you follow our account if you message us on Instagram; the sign-in service you use for the portal, which shares your name and email address; and, where your deal needs it, information from credit reporting agencies, public records, appraisers, title companies, insurers, referral partners, and capital partners reviewing your loan.

Please do not put Social Security numbers, account numbers or bank login details in the public forms. If your deal needs documents, we will ask for them through the secure borrower portal.

• To review, price, fund, close and service your deal, and to reply to you about it.
• To send updates and offers about lending, where you have agreed or the law allows. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe.
• To run and improve this site and our services.
• To verify identity, prevent fraud, keep our systems secure, and meet legal obligations.

Your information is never sold or rented, and never shared with others for their own marketing. We share it only:

• With service providers that run parts of our business for us, such as hosting, data storage, sign-in, email, messaging, social media, marketing, analytics, automation tools, and credit checks. They may use it only to provide those services.
• With the people who fund and close your deal, such as capital partners, co-lenders, loan buyers, servicers, appraisers, title companies, closing attorneys and insurers.
• With our professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants.
• Where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect rights, property or safety, or to prevent fraud.
• In a business transfer, if this business or its loans are sold, merged or transferred, in which case your information stays covered by this policy.
• With your consent.

We call and text about deals. Text messaging consent is optional, is never a condition of getting a loan, and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. We do not use prerecorded or artificial voice calls.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email. You can also ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and appeal if we refuse. We may need to confirm your identity first, and someone asking on your behalf will need your written permission. Exercising these rights never affects how your deal is treated. Some records must be kept by law or as part of a funded loan, and if so we will tell you which.

Retention. We keep information for as long as a deal is active, and afterwards as a business record for as long as the law and ordinary lending practice require.

Security. The site runs over HTTPS, and submissions and documents are kept in access-controlled systems that only authorised staff can read. No system is perfectly secure.

Business purpose only. Our loans are for business purposes, secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. This site is intended for users in the United States and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Other sites. Links to other websites and social media are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
